It was ridiculous! Also, the explanation behind why the empty apartments needed sitting was beyond ridiculous- to the extent of it being completely irrational and unbelievable. You don't have to be a naturally cautious or sceptical person to see that such an offer always comes with some kind of a catch. First of all, the offer was too good to be true.
